Full Body Bootcamp


If you’re looking for a fun and supportive environment where you can challenge yourself with a group of like-minded Individuals, Full Body Boot Camp is for you! Get your “sexy” back while training with two of Toronto Top Elite Certified trainers, Seon Holmes and Natalia Issajenko. All Boot Camp sessions are one hour and will burn over 600 calories during that time. We are committed to making our boot camps fun and welcoming for all fitness levels. Our dynamic exercises lead from “sweating it out” in the gym to translating that strength and energy to increase vitality in daily life.
