Second Annual Holmes Elite Speed Camp (HESC) with Pro Trainer Seon Holmes

HESC focuses on explosiveness, agility, multidirectional movement, and mobility.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

  • Ages: 13-18 Year Olds
  • Times: 10 am – 12 noon
  • Length: 2 days
  • Dates: July 13, 14
  • Location: Day 1 – Holmes Elite Health & Fitness; Day 2 – Turf Field @ 299 Racco Pkwy
  • Cost: $220 (early registration before July 5 only $199)

All campers will receive speed t-shirts, fruit snacks, and refreshments. During speed sessions, we will have mobility coaches, athletic trainers, registered massage therapists, and a certified nutritionist on hand.
